This template

Colours: Dots #5e1f2b, corners #3c131b, background #fffaf6.
Contrast: 11.9:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and leaf corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: The background fades from #fffaf6 to #f1d0d6.
Palette: Notary maroon: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Notaries, title offices and paralegals.
