This template

Colours: Dots #16264a, corners #5c4515, background #ffffff.
Contrast: 14.9:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Dots dots and leaf corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "Book A Consult". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: Custom corner squares: their own ring and centre shapes and thickness. A check mark icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Counsel navy: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Law firms, mediators and notary offices.
