This template

Colours: Dots #1d4a3a, corners #12301f, background #fbfdf9.
Contrast: 9.8:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #1d4a3a to #1d3d4a.
Palette: Ledger green: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Accountants, bookkeepers and tax preparers.
