This template

Colours: Dots #5e1f2b, corners #3c131b, background #fffaf6.
Contrast: 11.9:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Octagon dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "Fees And Hours". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: Custom corner squares: their own ring and centre shapes and thickness. A shield icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Notary maroon: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Notaries, title offices and paralegals.
