License and acceptable use

What you may do with your codes

Every code and artwork we deliver to you may be used for any lawful commercial or personal purpose: print it, put it on packaging, signs, menus or ads, in any quantity, for as long as you like. No attribution is required. Free static codes are yours outright and do not depend on us.

What stays ours

The Art QR Codes name, website, software and the template designs as a collection. You may not resell our templates as templates, or copy the service.

AI artwork

Artwork is made by AI models from your prompt and uploads. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload (logos, photos). Do not ask for other companies' trademarks or real people's likenesses.

Acceptable use

• No phishing, malware, scams, deceptive or illegal destinations. Every destination is checked automatically; codes that point somewhere harmful are disabled and you are told why.
• No content that sexualises minors, promotes violence, or infringes others' rights.
• Do not use the API to send spam or to probe other services.
