Service levels

Plainly: we run Art QR Codes as a small, automated service. We do not sell uptime guarantees or service credits, and we will not pretend to. Here is what we do commit to.

Redirects first

The part that matters most, forwarding people who scan your printed codes, runs on a separate, simple path with its own cache, so it keeps working even when the website or dashboard is being updated. Redirects are never capped by your plan.

Monitoring

We check the service health automatically every few minutes and are alerted when something fails.

If we ever close

You get 12 months' notice, a full export, and a plain version of every code that points straight at your link (see the promise).

Support

Self-serve: instant answers on /help, and every email we send can be replied to. There is no phone line or guaranteed response time.

Refunds

If the service does not work for you, take an automatic refund within 7 days of any payment from your billing page.
