This template

Colours: Dots #2b2f73, corners #1b1e4f, background #fdfdff.
Contrast: 11.8:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Diamond dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: Slightly smaller dots leave a little more space between them.
Palette: Policy indigo: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Insurance agents, advisors and claims desks.
