This template

Colours
Dots #0f4f57, corners #093840, background #f6fcfc.
Contrast
8.9:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes
Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame
Label below reading "Open An Account". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras
A linear gradient on the dots: #0f4f57 to #0f2157. A card icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette
Vault teal: see every style in this palette.
Good for
Credit unions, community banks and teller counters.
