This template

Colours: Dots #2f3e4e, corners #1c2733, background #ffffff.
Contrast: 10.9:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Pill dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: The background fades from #ffffff to #d0e0f1. Rounded corners on the whole code, like a sticker.
Palette: Slate: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Real estate signs, clinics, offices.
