This template

Colours: Dots #1b2a4a, corners #7a5c1a, background #fffdf6.
Contrast: 14.0:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Framed card reading "Book A Consult". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: A smartphone icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Navy and gold: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Law and finance offices, hotels, formal invitations.
