This template

Colours
Dots #2f5a2a, corners #1e3c1b, background #f9fcf3.
Contrast
7.7:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes
Square dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame
Framed card reading "Meat Shares". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras
The label sits above the code.
Palette
Pasture green: see every style in this palette.
Good for
Ranches, dairies and egg stands.
