This template

Colours
Dots #4d3a1f, corners #33260f, background #fffcf2.
Contrast
10.5:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes
Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame
No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras
A linear gradient on the dots: #4d3a1f to #4d1f21. Each corner square has its own colour: #4d3a1f, #4d1f21 and #434d1f. A leaf icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette
Orchard bark: see every style in this palette.
Good for
Orchards, cider mills and farmers market stalls.
