This template

Colours: Dots #3f4a1e, corners #2c3412, background #fbfaf2.
Contrast: 9.1:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Dots dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A radial gradient on the dots and corner squares: #3f4a1e to #4a391e. The background fades from #fbfaf2 to #e9f1d0.
Palette: Olive: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Wineries, farm stands, delis.
