EPS uses vector shapes for solid designs. Photos, gradients and extended text use raster artwork. EPS has a white page; use SVG for transparency.

This template

Colours: Dots #6e4300, corners #4a2d00, background #fffbf0.
Contrast: 8.2:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Diamond dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "See The Menu". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Palette: Saffron: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Curry houses, food trucks and spice shops.
