This template

Colours: Dots #0f4c5c, corners #0b3540, background #f4fbfb.
Contrast: 9.1:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #0f4c5c to #0f5c3b. Each corner square has its own colour: #0f4c5c, #0f5c3b and #0f1b5c.
Palette: Ocean: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Seafood restaurants, coastal rentals, marinas.
