This template

Colours: Dots #173b8c, corners #173b8c, background #ffffff.
Contrast: 10.3:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Framed card reading "View The Classes". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: 35% of the dots in a second colour, #167d83.
Palette: Cobalt: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Appointments and studios.
