This template

Colours: Dots #7c1d1d, corners #7c1d1d, background #ffffff.
Contrast: 10.2:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #7c1d1d to #7c1d59. A music note icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Brick: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Venues, gyms, sports clubs, events.
