This template

Colours: Dots #7c1d1d, corners #7c1d1d, background #ffffff.
Contrast: 10.2:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "Join The Team". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: Custom corner squares: their own ring and centre shapes and thickness.
Palette: Brick: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Venues, gyms, sports clubs, events.
