This template

Colours
Dots #6b1b2a, corners #47121c, background #fffaf5.

11.2:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes
Dots dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame
No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras
A radial gradient on the dots and corner squares: #6b1b2a to #6b1b5d. The background fades from #fffaf5 to #f1d0d6.

Varsity maroon: see every style in this palette.
Good for
School sports, clubs and booster events.
