This template

Colours: Dots #3f5a1c, corners #283a10, background #fbfdf3.
Contrast: 7.6:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Pill dots and leaf corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Framed card reading "Buy By The Case". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: The background fades from #fbfdf3 to #e3f1d0.
Palette: Hops green: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Cideries, wineries and distilleries.
