This template

Colours
Dots #4d4a45, corners #2f2d2a, background #fbfaf8.
Contrast
8.5:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes
Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame
Framed card reading "Care Guide". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras
A linear gradient on the corner squares: #4d4a45 to #56652d.
Palette
Hardscape stone: see every style in this palette.
Good for
Patios, pavers and retaining walls.
