This template

Colours: Dots #173f78, corners #0f2a52, background #fbfdff.
Contrast: 10.2:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Rounded dots and leaf corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "League Sign-Up". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #173f78 to #2c1778. The label sits above the code. A small scan icon beside the label. A football icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Court blue: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Rec centers, tennis and pickleball courts.
