This template

Colours: Dots #4a2c1d, corners #4a2c1d, background #fff9f2.
Contrast: 12.0:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #4a2c1d to #4a1d2a.
Palette: Cocoa: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Chocolate and coffee brands, gift shops.
