This template

Colours: Dots #1a4a58, corners #102f39, background #f5fbfc.
Contrast: 9.3:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Rounded dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "Driver Downloads". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: Each corner square has its own colour: #1a4a58, #1a583f and #1a2358.
Palette: Circuit steel: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Hardware makers, repair shops and IT help desks.
