This template

Colours: Dots #7c3225, corners #52211a, background #fff8f3.
Contrast: 8.5:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and square corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: No frame: the plainest option, best for small prints and long distances.
Extras: A linear gradient on the dots: #7c3225 to #7c254f. A anchor icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Charter sunset: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Fishing charters, boat tours and rentals.
