This template

Colours: Dots #1b5a43, corners #103b2c, background #f6fcf9.
Contrast: 7.8:1 between the dots and the background. Above 4.5:1 reads reliably in dim rooms; plain black on white is 21:1.
Shapes: Square dots and soft corners. The corner squares keep a crisp outer edge, which phone scanners use to find the code.
Frame: Label below reading "Leave Feedback". A short instruction next to a code gets more scans than a code alone.
Extras: Custom corner squares: their own ring and centre shapes and thickness. A gear icon in the centre (level H error correction keeps it scannable).
Palette: Car wash green: see every style in this palette.
Good for: Car washes, charging stops and fuel stops.
